I have a bit of an inside track with this company, seeing how I worked for them for a few years. As well as for Tim Scott for many years. So, I can tell you they unfortunately don't always go this smoothly. But I called Clay when we had a back-up at our house. He told me he would try to get someone there by the end of the day. By the time I hung up the phone and checked the mail, Josh was coming down the street. Josh and Joe both did a great job! Ran the camera down and found the problem to be roots and paper, pulled out a softball size ball of roots and had us up and running in a couple hours. Josh already had my landlord's number in his phone and was able to call him for billing. We did have a slight mess in the basement, I had to clean up but that's due to the way the house is set-up and couldn't really be avoided. Now, I know they don't always all go this way. I don't normally give five stars, but with this job things just fell into place.

Josh did a great job! Showed up the same day, explained to me what he was doing and why, fixed the problem, and had our water draining in no time! Highly recommend. 05.07.25 EDIT: I used Drain Doctor again for a separate issue, and was still very satisfied. This time Joe showed up within about an hour, fixed the clog and corrected a problem we didn't even notice. Great people!
